Since 2019, the global pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus, also known as COVID-19, has dramatically affected every aspect of health and society. With wide-ranging socio-economic ramifications morbidity/mortality associated with disease, a lot research been done on this disease. recent surges new variants COVID-19 we must have regularly updated information disease to effectively manage maximize outcomes for patients. Worldwide data, so far, suggested that children milder or asymptomatic acute infectious phase, most often presenting mild upper respiratory infection (URI) symptoms compared adult population. However, in post-acute it was observed presented syndrome strongly resembled Kawasaki’s (KD), like KD, they could potentially develop severe life-threatening complications. The significant difference between KD is association infection. This affect almost all organ systems including cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, integumentary later named multisystem inflammatory (MIS-C) Pediatric Intensive Care Society April 2020. cardiovascular manifestations clinical entity morbidity mortality. review an attempt give consolidated from studies far about cardiac changes occur infection/MIS-C.
